Jim has over twenty five years of Business Development experience in Financial Services. He has developed and managed large project teams across the globe. These projects include business process management, banking and card services, and risk and compliance.
Prior to founding Beacon BPM, Jim was part of the leadership team for Incessant Technologies, where he was the Director of Operations and Business Development for both North American and United Kingdom. Before joining Incessant, Jim held leadership roles at several large global IT companies such as Kanbay (CapGemini), Virtusa, and Unisys.
He holds a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
David has a 25 year history in operations management and consulting beginning his career as a US Army officer in the Military Police managing nuclear weapons security operations for several years on the largest US Army nuclear weapons facility in Europe. He has run numerous operations optimization programs including a flight operations turn around at a major US airline resulting in multiple consecutive JD Power awards for customer service and roughly $100M in annualized operational cost reductions.
As founding Director of one of three original global partner BPM practices he built a global powerhouse with over 250 consultants worldwide to implement solutions on Pegasystems PRPC platform. He leveraged early success of a year long outsourced product development initiative for Pegasystems, which nearly doubled Pegasystems internal product development team, to establish a dominant position in the global BPM marketplace.
Over his career, he has defined and brought to market services in the Banking, Financial Services, Investment, Telecommunications, Transportation, and Logistics markets providing solution development, business process consulting, quality assurance, and ongoing solution support in enterprise operations.
David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, and Software Engineering.
Rob has over twenty five years of experience in the Financial Services and Insurance space. His focus has been in business operations, business and IT strategy, business transformation and business process management (BPM). He has developed enterprise approaches to operationalize strategies and running multi-million dollar projects and programs. Prior to joining Beacon BPM, Rob spent over a decade with Fidelity Investments last serving as Director of BPM Implementations. He was a Senior Manager of Business Process Automation (BPA) for Perot Systems, Senior Director of Professional Services with Pegasystems™, Vice President of Transformation with American Express and an Associate Director of BPM and Financial Services with Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Rob is a decorated combat veteran having served 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and most recently with the Army’s 3rd/172nd Mountain Infantry. He is classified by the U.S. Veteran’s Administration as a service connected, Disabled Veteran.
Rob Attended Norwich University (Military College of Vermont) where he studied Business Administration and Military Science.
